I played the BETA and in the time played (1-hour), there was at least 20+ min of video/cutscenes. Frankly, if I wanted to watch a video, I would have rented one. I hope they scaled the ratio of gameplay/cutscene back prior to this release. Otherwise, I think most will be disappointed with the game’s play/video ratio.
But, I do praise them for giving us games that aren’t ho-hum H0scenes and scavenger hunt gameplay, making them some of the most creatively crafted games I’ve ever played.

Wait, so soon? I didn’t know about there being a ninth coming out this month at all until now. But now that I saw this video, I can’t wait to have this game’s Collector’s Edition and add it to my Mystery Case Files collection!
