I’m really sorry to see that you’ve having troubles accessing your games. We really do want you to get those games on your machine. The best way to get this figured out is to contact our Customer Support team. I can’t include an external here, but you can easily find this from the help section of the Big Fish website.

than my hardrive crashed, since thenI bought a game
for some reason my letters are in bold to sign in, I paid for it but cannot play it
they no longer recognize me any more, got a new password …in bold… guess I have to tell my bank to not allow big fish to take my fees…not if I can”t play my games…. over 2 years of being a loyal custome. Password in bold does not exist, can not even get in touch with them
they just suck my money out of the bank….
