Humans are basically excellent runners. We were designed to run very, very, very far. The reason for this is our sweat. Think of any animal, do they sweat as well as us? No. When we’re conditioned to, we can run farther than most animals. The reason for this is our ability to sweat and keep ourselves cool while other animals burnout much easier than us. There are tribes (I forgot in what nation, I think in south america) who run 50 miles+. They run without stopping and wear just sandals
